Pretty nice. I've always liked Corvettes, all the body styles are very attractive.

The speedo only goes up to 85 though? My cousin has one with the same body style but his speedo goes up to like 140 or something.

 

That was Ralph Nader's doing. (Saftey **** of the late 70's and early 80's) He convinced congress that if the speedo didn't go very high people would not drive that fast. There are some RX-7's that have the 85 MPH speedo too. He was instrumental in making sure the Corvair went out of production. Car magazines in the early 80's printed a lot of hate mail and hate press towards him. He was the sports car enthusiest's enemy!



I never like that body style corvette. I hated the back window. I lover the earlier Vettes with the flat back window.

 

Our speedo shows 180 as the top and does more but its mod'd a little, see my siggy.



As far as HP, ours dyno'd at 350 even
