Glad I just got a new bike.......



On an energy note, Our power just got de-regulated. My electric bill was like $80 a month before, last month was $209. ******* assholes.

ours as over 300 i think, i dunno i'm not all that good with bills and the what not APPARENTLY from what i am told you are expected to pay them monthly, rather then when it's convenient.

that sounds about right, i priced out about 1/3 reduction with solar and it was 25k to go 100% it costs even more as you have to store massive amounts of energy, to something like a 1/3 you dont have to store quite as much... keeping in mind that a good portion of y our consumption is in the evenng hours.

this guy actually produced more electric then he needed at sometime, I think there is a way the electric company takes it back and you get credit for what you dont use



there is also the matter of a large increase in your homeowners insurance to cover the equipment sitting on the roof.
