I also checked out the XENARC lighting from Sylvania. Its a TRUE H.I.D lighting for our cars. Its not just some bulb, but a whole kit, and it draws only 65% of the power of a halogen bulb but emits 3 times more light, lasts 10X longer then halogen, has a 3 year warranty, and is 100% D.O.T legal. There were too many people around to bother asking price, but the light coming out of them was wonderfully bright.

they may be nice but can you afford them???? true hid light kits range anywhere from 500-1500 dollars but if you cant afford them you can do what i did....first I got an h4 headlight conversion(ebay 50bucks) then I got the ballast and igniters from a bmw(crackhead 50bucks and a corona) and threw the whole shabang together and they are badass...my only problem is that I have no high beams ...not that I need them........but if your not fortunate enough to find a crackhead who is willing to do just about anything for 50 bucks you might want to find the owner of a bmw and offer him 50 bucks(not gonna happen)....but it is a great feeling when your driving through a gas station and you have some kid in his honda asking you what kind of bulbs you have .....

The moral of this story is ...don't knock crackheads

Yeah, I checked the price- $699 from the one place. There used to be a crackhead who would come around selling tools, power and air tools usually, he must have worked in home depot or sears or something, he had some goooood deals to say the least.

I may be able to get you a set for about $500 if you're serious about getting them.
