I was looking for a rowing machine in the classifieds, and I came across a total gym for $100. Worth it?

I have used them both and in my opinion the total gym rocks. It works for everything you want. The bowflex people lure you in with the small price of the basic model and then tell you about how much more you can get out of the deluxe. Because the basic model sux.

Chuck Norris can not fly an F-14.

Dick Norris can not fly an F-15.

Neither one of them can fly a ******* B-2 Bomba.

I have the Total Gym and I don't use it anymore. I've used it for a year straight and it has not changed anything for me. If anything, it's more of a way to strech yourself in many different ways. I just use free weights. From my bench, to my dumbells, etc.

But, if I had cash for a gym membership I'd go.
