Valued it at $17.1k after deductible and buy back will get approx $14k and my car back. they said the value can go up if i find a similar car for more than $17.1k they will pay me even more for my car!

i am still figuring out if the car is worth it to repair. it will cost $10k-$12k to repair for a few thousand more i can buy a whole new running FD with a rebuilt engine! and still have my FD to swap over what i want and sell what i don't..... we'll see. waiting to hear from other insurance company too

damn, good for you, insurance companies are supposed to work that way, but it doesn't always end up that way. Usually they try to call it a no fault so you get dicked w/o money, and your car. I guess you had full coverage so they didn't try to screw with you.

Don't let emotional attachment get the best of you. Do whatever would result in the best car and the most money!

yeah i'm trying to. having tons of debt and a nice car is fun but i think i can work it so i have a nice FD and no debt...........almost. we shall see. it would kind of be a waste of the 2 years i spent building and repairing my FD but i don't want to be in debt forever because of this car......

take the money and RUN, do not fix your car, buy another one

there is alot of critical **** in that area your car got hit, hence the

reason why its totalled. Not bolt on **** either.
