I have to go with over the top.

 

I see this debated all the time. How much time do you people spend on the toilet?? I've never found it made a difference for me, and I don't even notice.

To the left. I don't put my TP on the spinner, it takes too much time to change out rolls. I just let it sit on top of the spinner, upright.
