I wonder if I'll be de-modded for selling my only rotary, and not buying another.

Thanks, Rank.

I'm really struggling with this decision, I have a lump in my throat.

i say do what is best for you finacially. if you dont sell it now when you can get a good amount for it you will be sorry when you wait to long and can't get a good amount for it. then your screwed. i say sell it even though it will be tough, but then when you are settled and can buy another one.

Don't fool yourself though. If you modded the FD what makes you think you won't spend money modding the S13? SR20 swap, etc.. Something to consider.

that is true bricke, but it is cheaper if you can search and get good deals. my brother and his friends are doing that. it is rather cheap. that is because they are slipting it 3 ways, but it is still cheap.

While I can afford to own the FD, I can't seem to control my spending anywhere else in my life
Fix this aspect of yoru life instead. Regardless of what you end up doing with the car or any other car, correct this otherwise chances are you'll end up in the same situation thinking of selling the S13 to pay off bills.

G'luck with your decisions...
