Property taxes are a major issue here when considering purchasing a house.



As for Foxtons- yes they TRULY suck, but the good thing about them

is they are exclusive, and because there really isnt a real estate

office or a scumbag realtor you dont have to worry about being

jerked around. I got my house thru Foxtons, if it was with another

realtor no way I would have gotten it for the price I did. I also happened

to drive by the house and see the sign and never looked at thier website

before that.



Stop thinking of a house as tying you down, or the end of your fun

filled days. The pride and joy of home ownership FAR exceeds a car or a bike or any of that other stuff. Plus your home will INCREASE in value, its a investment, not like a car that always loses value.
