They Lost My Dad

Hospitals screw up so much it makes me sick. A few years ago in Syracuse, a guy used a hospital employee's ID to get in and kill his wife while she was in her bed there. The guy was white, the guy on the ID was black. Security just let him walk right in.
I hope everything turns out well for you Scott...hit 'em hard.

OK here is the update, the car thing was not true. I got a strange call from him at 5pm saying to come pick him up at Key Tower. That is the building he works in. We got there and found him, he was of course upset he had no idea how he got there, but had walked 32 flight of stairs with an iv and a couple days after a major operation, this was so he could get to a phone and call me. When he came too he knew that something was up, just not quite what.
He had no idea of what times what happened, but he walked downtown, 7 blocks in the freezing cold and rain to get to key tower. Soaking wet and freezing he found a way in, then he layed down on a couch and slept for several hours.
Amy and I stayed with him all night as he did not want to sleep at the hospital alone, he was still very shaken up. We just got home and are getting ready to take a shower and a nap, but I wanted to throw out an update.
All in all he al right and a little shaken up of course. he has a high temperature and was dehydrated so they may keep him a couple more days.
