They're not saying anything because they know they screwed up.
Yell that you want to talk to the vice pres, or the pres of operations. The actual president can get things done, but doesn't know **** about what's actually going on.
They're in deep, deep ****. Having a paitent wander off is one thing. Having them wander off then trying to cover it up makes things MUCH worse.

The Seattle Police department issued a special APB for him since he is a city employee, I got a message on his phone one hour ago, he had gotten in a city car and was headed god knows where.
