1000 squares are a perfect size. I'm in no place to judge i rent an apartment in the ghetto. Gas will dip to like 65 cents here once and a while colinz, you should fill up at the Green station on niagara street in welland. Its regularly 75 cents.

id rather heat this house on propane





and reinsulate it by building a bigger house around this one









and then tear the old house down inside the new house where its warm
