Cool. What discipline do you practice? I'm currently doing Ashtanga. I have done Iyangar Hatha in the past. I've been doing yoga off and on for over 50 years.

we (mom goes too) found this really wonderful teacher, and she was certified by this guy http://www.baronbaptiste.com/

50 years is a long time!
