Another interesting idea... Someone stuffed a 4.3 Liter GM Motor into a Suzuki Sidekick. Probably rear nose heavy... but what a runner.

There was a magazine that put a Camaro V6 into a tracker...they said it moved pretty well, but would bog down at 55-60 for some reason.

a traker wasn't engineered to go over that speed, the p.o.s was probably trying to tear itself apart

ill bet the drag coefficient has something to do with this! those sidekicks are pretty aerodynamic
