I hug a pillow. I think the support helps bloodflow in my arms.

And lay on my back or side.

But I'm pretty sure anyone who can see my sleep position already knows my personality.

I sleep in a weird position, on my side with my arm under my pillow and going up my wall. It's the only way I can get comfortable with my messed up shoulders.

I sleep kinda on my side and kinda on my front. The side that my head is turned to has my arm up, the other, arm down. I'm Totally skitzo
