I am certain that car is not still in production, the smallest Seat today is the Arosa:

Although that is a brand new MGF beside it - my bust guess is that it's a spoof

.

True. On the Toyota Corolla AE86 forums, someone made a commercial, in the style that they would today, of The Brand New 2003 Toyota Corollla GTS.
