I was buying ALOT of parts from them, driving well and presenting a good image. Which is what they are looking for.
The point being: UNLESS you are extremely well known or have a inside connection (Your dad owns the company, etc) you need to have a proven car out there. No SANE person is going to "front" you a sponsership to build a car; UNLESS you are Chip Foose or Boyd Coddington, Abel Aberra etc.

If you are going to be sponsored in an FD, for racing purposes, call local companies.
