i need to know what player you are using on your computer to watch and save your videos..... i cant get images and videos into the freaking computer, and i downloaded everything on their disk already

Uhhh...just use Premiere and import the video via Firewire...is that what you're talking about?

well, my computer is recognizing that its connected to the computer via USB port, but, i cant get the pictures to show..... i was thinking that maybe i should download a different program to get this to work

If you have XP, you should just be able to "explore" the camera and view the contents of it just as if it was an external hard drive.

any other programs i need to download? i odnt know why it wont show up as an external drive, everythign else i plug into the computer pretty much shows up as an external drive.. like the 2 different card readers i have
