I have CF Knightsports hood, FEED sideskirts, a custom-fit glove box panel and an under-radio panel. I'd like a CF R1 front lip.

[quote name='Il RX8 lI' date='Apr 5 2005, 11:40 PM']Well, I've got my Cusco rear strut that's made from CF. Then we ordered a CF hatch made by ViS from prostreetonline.com, but a shipping mishap cracked the hell out of it. They're being real nice and filing a claim with the shipping company for our replacement. Strut was $230 and hatch was $7XX. (I believe.)

7xx? i remeber i was quoted like 1200 for the CF hatch, 99 spec wing with CF center and a CF hood. that in cluded the 200 or so for shipping. i should have jumped on that deal.

carbon fiber looks ugly to me, i am sorry. it takes away from a stock looking car, which obviously gives you more attention.

and people that want to paint cf are people that don't want alot of attention from v8 guys, or the import guys.

i despise the look of CF on the outside of a car.... if it is a real peice of CF used for actual weight savings or strenght....i like it on the inside of a car. I also hate those CF overlays for dashes.....

I painted the CF hood on my car within 2 weeks of getting it, and plan to paint the CF rear hatch before the car is ever driven with it installed.
