Between Phins, Mazdadrifter, and god knows who else you will have no problem getting around. I am sure you can catch a ride with anyone. Idf I wasnt staying in a hotel across town I would give you rides no problem. You only really need rides to and from the track. Get a cab from the train station.

Mazdadrifter is staying at the event hotels Like I said anyone of us would give you a ride to and from the track.
