So I Got Pulled Over In The Fd On Friday...

Let me start off by explaining what happend last year:
August 04: I had just gotten my FD and several friends and their brother's and whatnot wanted rides. I took my one friend out for a ride and I was cruising home on my road (30mph back road) at 40mph at MOST letting the turbo's cool off and staying off the throttle...about a 200 yards from my house I pass a cop. I look in the rearview and see him hit his brakes hard. I tell my friend "damn that cop wants to pull me over?!" so I go up the hill and down my driveway and park behind my house (heheh). We walk inside and see the cop go by FAST with his lights on. 2 Minutes later he passes by my house and go's up another road my house borders next to... *Phew*
April 05, the 8th to be exact (Day after my birthday): With a friend going to the mall. I'm on my road, water temp is like 100-120 so I don't boost and take it easy. Going 35-40 tops. Pass by a cop, he turns around. Pulls me over. Conversation go's as follows:
"How are you doing?"
"Fine officer, whatsup?"
"You tell me! Do you remember racing away from a cop last year?" (Bad cop-voice)
"Umm, what?" (WTF-Face)
"Yes. An Rx7 just like this one, ON THIS ROAD, I clocked doing 50mph+ and you raced up a side road...When'd you get this car? Let me see your license"
"Well, I got it by Fall, september maybe? As you can see on my lisence I live right next to that road so chances are I didn't see you and went up my driveway"
"And you didn't see a cop go blazing by with its lights on?!" (As if I'd run out to flag him down....)
"Well, I park this in the garage every time" (I'm great on the spot, I pointed to my visor, which had no garage door opener on it lol)
"Okay, well I have the lisence plate number of the car I passed" (Confident, threatening tone)
"Really, how'd you get that?" (Inquisitive, innocent voice)
"We have camera's in our cars.." ("Duh" voice..)
"Well how'd you do that if I passed you doing 50plus? Especially given the fact I've never had a lisence plate on the front of this car..." (Pointing up front, not caring that it's illegal at this point, my FD has no holes for the front bracket)
He go's to the front of the car. Looks at it.
Me: "Are you sure it wasn't a Miata? They look like Rx7's, and even came in this Montego Blue/Green color.." (pointing down my door, lol great eh?)
"Hmm, whats that PBA Card? Who do you know?" (Attitude shifting...)
"Oh, this is for _______, He was in charge of the whole state police force or whatnot. I mean officer, if it was me, I'm sorry, I didn't notice you and really, between deer and you guys, I don't even chance it in this car on this back road. I like to let it warm up and cool down ya know?" (hehehe)
"Ahh ya know what, it takes too long to check for the lisence plate reference anyways..." (Good cop, positive voice, smiling now...)
"I mean, you can check my lisence....5+ Years of no accidents or tickets whatsoever" (Which is true...
)
"Nah, it's okay. Take it easy"
What irk's me here is that I wasn't going fast at all even back in august. Both times I was going maybe 40, which I know is 10 above, but 30mph in the FD on a hilly backroad means constant up and down shifting on my way home. 4th at 40 is just easier.
I've been pulled over 8 unique times now, my attitude always pulls through, even though 6 of those times were for stupid, non-speed related things...

My first thought is, if the cop got your licence plate and he really thought you were speeding and you evaded him back in 2004, i'm pretty damn sure that he/she would've simply looked your plates up and found out where you live.
The fact that he pulled you over because he remembers someone speeding past him more than 6 months ago which he did nothing about and that you reminded him of this called harrassment, and to me that is grounds for a complaint with his station house.
