I'm actually goin to school to be a new jersey state trooper....that guy who pulled u over was a *******, and one thing that a cop once told me is that they try to operate on peoples ignorance of the laws

thats why whatever i do i always study the law, ive gotten my friend with neons out of more then one ticket.

its simple, if you wont lose money from time off from work to go

to court, then take a chance and fight it, if you will lose money, and I

think you make more then $44 for a half day of work, then just pay the

******.



Here in NY you plead not guilty and have to show up that morning

and wait for the judge, the cop and your case to be called, sometimes

the cop shows, but its usually a half day ordeal at the least.

 

yea they did away with quotas, but now salary bonuses are awarded for the amount of tickets given out in a month, basically its a quota without calling it a quota.

yea that town in ohio, is that what youre talking about? it was like 4 street blocks or something? lee probably knows its name but i forgot it, they hd a website asking for disbandment of the town and **** too.
