yes fight it make him spend time in court..if you can make it on his day off that would be real good. to find that out just call his office and ask if he is in of if hes off. My brothers a cop and one thing he told me was just because they enforce the law don't mean they know them all. and you should get off just fine if you have a state insp sticker and He has no dec. meter. I got off a cali ticket by asking the cop where his meter was. knowing the state and city laws helps out so much.

 

I used to work for the State police here in KY as a civilian. Do not plead Guilty or no contest. Show up to court and I bet you ten to one this **** rag will not even be there. Then tell the judge that you asked to see the db reading but the officer did not comply. Unless your an ******* in court you will walk... i.e. don tell the judge about the time his daughter sucked you **** after some naughty ****... Filthy sanchez is alive and well!

hehe...yeah thats no problem either...I always have the silencer I could plug in beforehand. I doubt the officer could notice if the internal diameter of the muffler changed

 

Even if you win, you have to pay the stupid court fee. either way you loose. It sucks. Unless you can have the cop pay for that. The court fee might be lower than the ticket.

No to file harassment charges on an officer he needs to pull you over several times for bs or petty reasions for the I.A.D dep. will even think of looking at it. and I got that from and I.A.D cop. I wanted to go after a cop that accused me of being a gang member. but still paying a court fee is worth making the cop look like a dumbass in court.
