yeah, I called the mom of the house, and told her I wanted it. she said it's all good, and I can pay her next week, when I have the money. I've been busy with home renovation-type stuff*, and haven't gotten a chance yet to go look at it.
*currently replacing crummy flourescent lights in kitchen with pretty track lighting, platinum and cobalt blue
