Yeah, when you hear lose 10lbs in one week, those diet plans just dehydrate your ***, and you lose water weight. You pretty much CLEAN your system out. That is what the military does with you. Strictly water diet(with your basic daily food needs). They want you to clean out your system of all the soda, coffee, juices, beer, anything other than water.
