Serious Thread About 84 Million Dollars

So lets assume there are 7,000 FD's left out of the 13,500 or so imported. On average they can be bought for around $12,000. I just won the lottery and now have 84 million dollars. Can I just buy all the FD's and then export them to say Japan?
