So lets assume there are 7,000 FD's left out of the 13,500 or so imported. On average they can be bought for around $12,000. I just won the lottery and now have 84 million dollars. Can I just buy all the FD's and then export them to say Japan?

with 84 million I could export both Sheryl Crow's and Sarah Jessica Parker's horse face off the planet!
or import the nag champa incense factory to Cleveland, then the city wouldn't smell so bad.
