what about 4 month+ waits and no communication with customers?

um and my excuse isnt that he is my friend u dumbdick.i just said he is in the middle of some **** right now that im not blurting out on the net.
how bout this for example.ur taking ur grandmother out to eat to be nice.some one **** and shoots her in the head.then i *** up and say hey what about that 10 bucks u owe me?should i feel remorse cuz ur grandmother got shot when i need a return on my business transaction.
do u understand what im getting at?everyone talks bullshit til it hits close to home.then its a different story.what a goddamn nissan driver.

**** happens to people. if you own a business, then yes, you must continue to conduct business.
i think these parts mean more than $10 to people and it should mean more to him to. (nice job trying to trivialize it.)
shitty business is shitty business no matter the cause behind it.
i understand he's your friend, but imagine you just wanted to buy a ******* part and got ignored for 4months+ after you paid...
