ok guys, whoever is trying to get a hold of slava. he'd finally e-mail me back. he's got some personal issues that he is trying to take care of, that is the reason he'd haven't called anyone back. i'd kinda ripped on him last week, so i thought the right thing to do is to let everyone know about the sitution. i still haven't gotten my lights, but at least he'd wrote back and i'd heard from him. so anyone that is waiting on orders.... wait.. and everything should be ok.

is he the only guy runnin the store...
i would assume that one would make provisions if the situation exceeds an unreasonable amount of time and would negatively affect your establishment...
they need to consider increasing manpower

I'm waiting on my stuff from him too...
I can understand personal issues... but personal issues don't make my car go faster and they don't pay my credit card bill either...
all it takes is a little communication... a quick email or phone call saying that things were being taken care or at the very least acknowledging that your email and/or call had been received would make me happy...
all it takes is one time like this and you've lost a customer for good, too many times and you've lost your business
