You guys are wrong, Rotormotorsports should have called him the moment they knew that his kit was going to be shipped a week late so that he could call around and find someone who had it in stock. I realize all they want is his money, but screwing customers like that is absolutely the wrong way to do it. Unfortunately it seems to be an industry standard...

If just *one* of the companies could provide even *decent* customer service, they would make a killing. I would buy all of my stuff from them at least...

Last year the HKS cast iron 2nd gen manifold was IMPOSSIBLE to get. I ordered one from "RG" and after a month I STILL didn't get it. I wound up getting a fuel pump, but then I went to Paisley Automotive and PLEADED for the guy to call places. One place in California had one, and I had it in a few days. So some places will try to find what you need.

Somethings are just hard to get.... and while a business's first job should be to keep in touch with their customers they do get busy and that does get hard to do....

They should hire more employees, or soon their business will be gone...

What ever happened to business who keep inventory, and actually have parts in stock? I'm not talking about the manufacturer...I'm talking about the stores.

Why should they, if you need it bad enough, you'll still buy it.

Yeah, there's no point in stocking stuff that you don't sell very often. Most people expect to wait when they're buying something like a turbo kit, etc.

A lot of these online companies don't stock anything, though.
