I just tell them right at the start if they are in a rush then to just take it somewhere else, you cant please all the people all the time

That's some backbone right there. It takes a solid man to own up like that.
It never ceases to amaze me how swayed to one side ppl become when only hearing one side of the story...

i contacted ito when i blew my motor last year and he kindly implied that it would have taken forever if i brought it there. he didnt really give a timeframe, but i knew what he meant since i've been to his shop and that place was packed

If that's aimed at me I can honestly understand where you're coming from, but nontheless I stand by my statement. Nobody should ever have to wait 14 months for their car, not even a day more then the shop promised.
These however are different circumstances, Ito is ONE man, his work is unquestionable, and I for one wouldn't hesitate to have him do work for me.
Judge, you know I respect you greatly, and always will. I also understand what's going on with you and the shop so with that said I wouldn't ever hold something like this against you or your reputation. If it was a shop with amounts of man power adn shabby quality then I'd be on the bash wagon, but it's you, one guy doing the best he can so there's really nothing to be held against you.
