Yeah so im at work, and we use the CNC machine that im on to make valves, big ones, out of rare materials like titanium and stellite and crap like that. One of my jobs is to deburr the valves, and well, i use a die grinder!!
The valve center has a set of 'D' shaped holes which water passes through, and on its ventral side a seat. A machined one! That was teh only actual part on the valve that has to be perfect. But only on the particular valve style i was working on. The other valves didnt matter, on the ventral side there is a large amount of burr around them usually and i practice my porting skills on them rounding off teh edges to make it all smooth...well i took one of those special ones with the clean ventral side of the seat and went to town on 5 of them!
I didnt get in ****, but it made my lazy boss do more work, having to re-surface the valves.
This is my second week in the place and im doing rather well, one of my supervisors noticed my boss in a state of trance watching the machine when hes supposed to be "busy" and me, the new guy, deburring all the valves when its supposed to be the bosses job!

im thinking going with the "stealth bomber" paint i know a place with a paint booth once the cars running we can bring it down there, they have air tools its 8 bucks/hour to use.
im good at painting so i can paint the beast. When the interior comes out, and teh soundeadening comes out, the floor gets a coat of flat black paint, and the doors will get some lightweight velour covering of sort!
