yeah we go through there to see my sis in st louis, they seem pretty redneck.. actually the whole state does, and i think ive seen more mullets there than anywhere else, and ive been all over the place

Yeah they're in joplin, MO...I bought my car from the dude's son. He claims rebuilt this, rebuilt that, but after a month of ownership, massive blowby from the turbos...Once I got the engine rebuilt, we discovered that it had been riding on a pinched side seal for quite some time...Shady characters. Here's the dudes number, and REAL NAME. I'd legally change my name if it were that.





Just by talking to the guy, he doesnt seem to know much.

Oh, and Shane, I think Oklahoma has Arkansas beat on mullets.

ive spent quite a bit of time in all three, and not only does MO win, the people are also 43 times uglier/strange(inbred) looking.

Okay first off i'd like to point out that i'm a close friend of Kyle the owner/operator of Rotary Doctor, I've been to the shop numberous times, he's my engine builder... further i must point out to all of you who think that everyone in the midwest is a redneck should drive down prospect road in Kansas City with your windows down, blasting some country and see how many "rednecks" come out to great you...



The Rotary Doctor is a father son business but Kyle, being the son; John the father, they have 30 years of experience and have been building rotary engines since before most of you knew what they were. John was the owner of the first rotary powered car in the state of Missouri, and the 2nd rotary powered car in the US...



Kyle Seaman is Mazda certified and only does the best work, using the highest quality factory mazda parts, and of course and aftermarket parts as well, racing beat, mazdatrix, rotary aviation, atkins... people have brought there cars from as far as kentuky, tennesse; just to have the Rotary Doctor perform the work. The engines he builds last 200,000 miles, and he knows how to repair any problem with any generation at prices far less then a dealership...



Also Brad Seaman may be the son of Kyle Seaman but he is in NO way associated with the business!!!



I'd also like to point out that "abassador josh" isn't telling the truth is what he stated above... the 3rd gen had a factory reman in it, and turbos rebuild by a company in texas with all the work being done at Rx7.com NOT the Rotary Doctor... so anything associated with that car can not be held again someone who never touched it.



Finally i will be sending a message directly to phinsup asking all post that are of derogatory nature will be deleted if not just this whole thread... also a post appologizing for all the negative attention directed towards the Rotary Doctor...

As far as the other comments about missouri, certainly they are annoying and don't add anything to the topic, but I think anyone with half an iq point can determine that they really have nothing to do with Rotary Doctor....

Sure he's done work at the shop, but that doesn't mean he has anything to do with the business... he doesn't work on customers cars... or at least isn't to that level yet... pulling parts and moving cars giving a hand pulling a wiring harness through, cleaning and what not... hopefully that makes sense...

maybe youre the one who is insecure since you are taking the things i said about a lot of the people there personally. the stuff you said about tx is true, and a lot of the people are that way, but not all, or even most. if you said that stuff in a thread i wouldnt care, bc i, like MOST people would not take it personally or even seriously.

I just want to resolve this whole redneck thing, it seems so pointless to me that you would continue to talk about the state of missouri knowing how much **** i'm sure you get just being from texas... I would think you of all people would actually have some sympathy in the situation, considering... now with that said obviously we're all memeber of the rotary community, so we shouldn't be like all the other senseless people who think bigger is better and only believe in the "old fashioned ways".



With that being said i don't believe any of us here are quintessential and for that reason we shouldn't fall into that senseless bashing, i retract my previous comments and say that it doesn't matter where you go you'll always see those people that aren't of the choice, and society as a whole shouldn't reflect those individuals.

if someone says that everyone from tx is a redneck, i just dont take it personally. i know im not a redneck, and thats all that matters. i do agree that it doesnt matter where you go you will find these types of people, just more in certain areas for the fact that the things these people typically do for a living are most profitable in those areas. please dont take anything i said about MO personally, ive never met you so i dont know what you are like, i just said that from my observation MO has more mullets/rednecks than AR or OK, TX to for that matter. now that doesnt mean that you are a redneck or have a mullet, but was just a statement i can logically make bc i have spent a large amount of time in each of the states.

as i have lived all of my life in upstate new york, i thought such things when i moved to texas. however you really dont see it often in east texas, unless you head out towards the country, or west texas, then it all turns intto those crazy mexicans and cowboys.

Those turbos were not, NOT rebuilt. I'll post pics. Brad's exaggerations are just that. You do not tell someone something that is not true and expect them not to be happy about it. Brad told me the car was REBUILT by the rotary doctor, a fact he was sure proud of. I'm not here to knock anyones work, and I dont care how long your mullet is, but to say i shouldnt be upset over someone else bullshitting me is frickin ridiculous.

I'm not defending rednecks or MO at all, but I live in MO and I'm not a redneck, tho I do live in a town FULL of them....but i wasn't born and raised here either :P
