I think I heard that they can take some skin off your butt and graft it onto your gums. Hmmm. Dunno. Maybe I've got that wrong?

Would that qualify Baldy to be legitimately called "Shitbreath"?

Every time I go they tell me to get an electric brush, then they hand me the manual type. I got an electric for Torin, but never get one myself, I should do that.

Sonicare is overkill me thinks, they're what now, $120?

Surgery = prescription drugs

I don't see the problem here?

Kidding - good luck!

They told me 10 years ago that my gums were reseeding and that I would have to have implants of some sort if I didn't start flossing. I bought a Sonicare tooth brush and I floss a couple times a week, within a year they said my gums were perfect. Of course you have slightly different issue, but we drifted a bit so i figured i would pipe up about the sonicare!
Wow, those things really came down in price! I saw one in Publix yesterday, I think it was around $25 or $30, so I picked it up. I like it, except for when the plastic part touches my tooth *BUZZZZZZZZZZ*.

****** a. I need to go to the dentist. It's been 12+ years since my last visit. I am dreading what they say. I know my teeth are fucked, my gums are fucked, and my jaw is fucked too. I really don't want surgery but somehow I see that as being my only option.

Just rip em all and give me falsies.

This thread makes me even more scared to go.

LOL

I don't have a dental plan at work... Ironically enough a month ago I noticed that happening behind my lower teeth.. Then it was listerine after anything goes into my mouth.. scary.. it stopped moving, but I gotta go talk to a dentist now..

I have my "second opinion" orthodontist opinion this morning, so we'll see if he thinks I need the surgery in order to get straight teeth.

Still need to call the folks about the new gums, though.
