With all of today's technology I have yet to see a phone that lets you record your own rings....but I suppose if you can upload them from any WAV or MP3 that's technically recordable...I hope Verizon has one soon...I hate all these stock ones!

i use matrixm.com for ringers. dont know if they cater to nextel, though.
