I have some new Nokia and the standard ringtones just **** me off.

I searched and didn't find any good sites and if I did, you had to register and pay more than what I want.

What provider? If you use SprintPCS (which I doubt because they didn't use Nokia until recently, IIRC) go to www.mbuzzy.com
