If you have a sentence without puncuation, it IS bad english. English is a set of rules in which you use to structure the thoughts you convey through the written/spoken word. you russian? I dont like russians, every russian ive ever known steals. And around here, the russians steal cars. I grew up (and still live) in one of the most diverse areas ive ever been. I have every racial and ethnic stereo type you can think of in a 3 mile radius. Behind me we have a place thats refered to as 'the jungle' .. thats section 8 government housing. Thats where the black people live. There have been over 5 murders last year, ALL drug related. We have the apartments if you go off my street and to the left. Thos apartments are very low income, they house the russians. The russians roll around in jettas with tinted windows and wear leather jackets. They are the shadiest group of people, and its known that 99% of them steal cars (around here). You go out across the main street and you run into the mexicans. You can tell this because this area is infested with mid 80's box sedans on fake gold daytons that stick out 3 inches from the wheel wells. They also have yards that often have not been cared for in years. You also see fat white girls leaving and entering this area quite often. Then you have (which i find it the worst) the white trash, they live about 1 mile away in an area filled with low income apartments called 'casino road'. Just about any type of crime you can think of, is probably being commited RIGHT NOW somewhere along this stretch of road. Casino road is the spawning grounds and the reason this city turned into a raging sespool of degenerate low income scum. The asians are a little more scattered out, they sell drugs. Lots and lots of drugs, they also steal cars. The arabs live in the apartments with the russians, they generally keep to themselves and just stink. Any other group im missing to mention, they are here. And think of their social stereotype, times it by 15, and you will know how they act around my area.
Sad thing is, im not making any of this up or exaggerating any of it.
all the smart ones leave this area. We just built a house here, unknowingly the crime was going to get so bad. So now, after living in the brand new custom built house for only a year, we are looking to sell it to get away from these people.
So yes, i do not like russians, they steal stuff. I was implying that whoever was 'looking' at my car over and over, was probably russian and probably wants to steal my car.
Sad thing is, im not making any of this up or exaggerating any of it.
all the smart ones leave this area. We just built a house here, unknowingly the crime was going to get so bad. So now, after living in the brand new custom built house for only a year, we are looking to sell it to get away from these people.

dude it is pretty bad here. Its where i grew up and i watched it turn into a **** hole. Ive been to many other cities that are "bad places" and the people always seem alot friendlier, etc.. I mean, our local 7-11's and chevrons sell crack pipes at the counters. CRACK PIPES!!! Last time i was getting gas, i watched this white guy looked like he did construction, buy a ******* glass crack pipe with his probably 7 year old son right by his side.
sorry.. just venting.. lol Not to mention we are in the top 10 for car thefts in the US. And tacoma isnt too far away, and it was rated the #1 most depressing city in the US. All the ratings were from i believe usa today or cnn ...
