ive been to south central. Everett isnt as bad on the gangs and stuff. Its more a shithole of low income degenerates that are very rude, have no idea how to raise children, keep having children, and just being ******* scummy. Not to mention all the drugs and crime that happens around here. I literally can walk outside, go 1 city block and watch a crack deal go on outside the 7-11. I see it every day.
