Crass STFU! Your point of view is so skewed it's beyond ridiculous. You're right about the nukes... They are over kill. But just because we get rid of them, doesn't mean other countries will too. The only reason that countries don't nuke the hell out of us, is because we have a threat intimidation factor. It's called "the ability to kick their *** far worse than they ever could do to us." If we disbanded all of our arms, other countries would have no reason, not to attack us, because we couldn't retaliate.
My dad FOUGHT for the freedom of speech you use to denounce the country you live in. This country spends money in foreign affairs so they can spend money on the people of THIS country. If we didn't try to correct the problems of the world, we most likely wouldn't have the freedom to spend money on ourselves.
And since when are we not taking care of our own people? If you're living under a roof, eating tasty meals, driving a car, and have the ability to type your senseless criticism on a computer, then the government's doing their job.
Has this "bad" economy really effected our way of life except a few more cents here and there? No... Then why complain about it? If our economy was so bad, we'd be living in huts and doing ritual dances and ****.
And you're an idiot about the Osama Bin Laden statement. What you said basically is this: If I was to join the military, get trained, and then turn out to be a terrorist- It's the countries fault? And to continue by contradicting yourself... Amazing. "We should focus on our own citizens." But then you continue with "It's our fault for not getting him before he attacked us." You're a ****** retard. I can't stand people like you.
There are people out there dying for one country's civilization and the vengeance of 9/11, and here you're sitting complaining about the homeless people in your country, when 90% of them did it to themselves.
Be proud of how the country was founded, and the principles it was founded on. Take a step back and look at the big picture. I would GLADLY fight today, for the freedom and peace of my children tomorrow. If you don't like, move somewhere else and talk **** about them instead.
