Hey Guys,
I am working on a report dealing with the innovation of hybrid vehicles. I dont have the assignment in front of me, but its a high level analysis of how this innovation affects us, how it came about, what is the future of it, etc...
Here is my outline so far...
Innovation of Hybrid Powered Vehicles
I. Executive Summary
II. History
III. Technology
A. IMA
B. Regenerative Braking
C. Synergistic Incorporation of Several Features
D. Honda IMA system Vs. Toyota planetary gearset
IV. Applications
A. Reducing Fuel Consumption
B. Reducing Pollution
V. Products Incorporating Hybrid Power
A. On the market Now
Toyota Prius
Honda Civic Hybrid
Honda Insight
B. Prototype Vehicles of Tomorrow
VI. Impact on Industry
A. Sales Impact
B. Future Emission Regulations
Any ideas? Changes? Inprovements? Any more info you guys can offer me. Web sites that are informative? I know you guys know much more about this stuff than I do, so help a guy out please.
Thanks.

actually hybrids are interesting. imagine a bridge port rotary, it makes tons of high rpm hp, but relativly little torque. electric motors make peak torque at zero rpms, do you see the possibility of having a torque and hp, with gas mileage?
