Reformatting My Computer.

I've got way too much junk on here, and It caught a virus again, so I'm gonna wipe out the whole hard drive, reinstall windows and start from scratch. Yay. Guess I'll be back with a computer thats

i got Plain xp for cheap to replace the stupid sony vaio software. too much **** that comes with the original OS.
I'm done now. what free downloads do ya'll recomend to give this compooper a intraweb condom so it doesn't catch viruses and std's and stuff.
I have McAfee installed, but what stuff like adaware and spyware blockers should i dl?

put the windows cd in the drive and restart the computer, it'll say "push any key to boot from disk" when the computer is restarting, it only gives you a second, so push a button as soon as that shows up.
when you're going through the setup it will give you the option to delete partitions, do that, then redo the partitions if you really need them when you get windows set up.
