So this guy calls me. He's a public defender. He wants to know laws with regards to owning and transporting marmosets, tiny monkeys. Evidently some guy gets 8 marmosets, a week or so later someone steals one. The guy plays with it, it bites him, so he returns it. A week later a different marmoset dies, so the owner of the monkeys wants to sue the guy who stole the other monkey. The defender's client is the one who got bit.
