my TT 300z rips supercharged maxima, and rx7 stock.
i was cruising in fluishing in NY, just chillin i just got my 300zx a few days ago.. anyways. we all meet up in a parking lot and this guy had his hood up showing everyone his supercharger on his 99 maxima. His friend comes up to me wit his 93 rx7 and starts talking crap about my car that its slow. his rx7 had only a catback exhaust and a intake. my car has greddy boost controller, greddy exhaust, intake, and blitz BOV's. besides that its stock. so when i decide to leave.. they followed me:
i hit the highway and there was all open road. so i waited for the rx7 to come up next to me so we can go.. the rx7 pulls up and waits for the maxima. so we all go at it at the same time.. the maxima was pushing hardest at first.. me and the rx7 was pretty close . we got up to about 120 and then we saw traffic. once we hit traffic i was swtiching 2 lanes left and right for about 2 miles.. after that i didnt see either of them so i slowed down.. the rx7 comes behind me and high beams me after a lil bit. so i figure "LETS GO AGAIN!".. i hit the accelerator and for another 2 miles im just cutting lanes goin 85. i beat him again.. i got off my exit to mcdonnalds and met up with the 2 guys..
the rx7 said that his turbos wasnt boosting the right amount or somecrap.
the maxima was boosting 15lbs PSI on his supercharger.. but he didnt have the skill to hit the traffic so he backed off.. the rx7 tried but he couldnt get me i gues .. haha. anyways. i just said good race and went on home..

i was boosting 13lbs only.. but it was alota driving skill becuse it was through traffic..

That's great. I guess you are just such a pro at driving eh? Jeez, you're so pathetic. I can understand racing on streets when theres open road, but when you race through traffic- it just gets stupid.

i would race with no traffic.. but its nothing becuase my car is much faster than alota cars out there. i got alota suspension work dont to be able to handle that fast paced lane switching. i live in new york city.. i dont usually do any racing besides highway.. i race sometimes on rolls.. but never drag much. anyways i go highway beacuse i belive thats the only true racing for me. anything else is on the car . i like to race on skill. even thought many people say it dependson the other poepl eon the road. a driver should have the skill not to enter a lane with danger , but have his timing down. i neverhave been in an accident and my previous car was a SR20 240sx.. i use to drift that car all day so u can tell i dont like to drive straight.

Ya not trying to spolie anything but Rx7's arnt all that from a roll. I stayed within half a car lenth of one from a 70mph roll and when we both shut it down about 125ish i was walikin up to his front bumper but he still had me. I have a 91 Slicktop NA with exhaust. He also had at least exhaust on his.

although, its not that much faster - actually, stock for stock there is only about a car length in it really. Up high both cars pull equally.
But an NA takin a TT 7? ehh. . . . dont beleive that.

no car in that race was NA.. there was 2 TTs and supercharged vehicle.

a z should start to pull in the higher end as wieght becomes less of an issue and overall hp and torque come more into play (ie at high speeds)

rx7 tt wont beat a 300zx tt, first off they both score the same time for quarter miles, so its mainly the driver and how well he knows his engine/car.........secondly rx7 tt's are not reliable engines, you have to maintain that engine like crazy for it to always perform well. So unless that guy babies his rx7, its most likely not performing as properly as one would like. So id definitly believe he beat one.

actually .. if you baby an RX7 enigne.. the one time you run it.. the engine blows. i knwo this for a fact because thats the main reason why people have to get new rx7 engines. when babying the car. the seals on the rotor does not get used as much. and when you finally run your car. the seals break. it has happend to my old rx7 and happend to my friends.

a z should start to pull in the higher end as wieght becomes less of an issue and overall hp and torque come more into play (ie at high speeds)

rx7 tt wont beat a 300zx tt, first off they both score the same time for quarter miles, so its mainly the driver and how well he knows his engine/car.........secondly rx7 tt's are not reliable engines, you have to maintain that engine like crazy for it to always perform well. So unless that guy babies his rx7, its most likely not performing as properly as one would like. So id definitly believe he beat one.

actually .. if you baby an RX7 enigne.. the one time you run it.. the engine blows. i knwo this for a fact because thats the main reason why people have to get new rx7 engines. when babying the car. the seals on the rotor does not get used as much. and when you finally run your car. the seals break. it has happend to my old rx7 and happend to my friends.

my TT 300z rips supercharged maxima, and rx7 stock.
i was cruising in fluishing in NY, just chillin i just got my 300zx a few days ago.. anyways. we all meet up in a parking lot and this guy had his hood up showing everyone his supercharger on his 99 maxima. His friend comes up to me wit his 93 rx7 and starts talking crap about my car that its slow. his rx7 had only a catback exhaust and a intake. my car has greddy boost controller, greddy exhaust, intake, and blitz BOV's. besides that its stock. so when i decide to leave.. they followed me:
i hit the highway and there was all open road. so i waited for the rx7 to come up next to me so we can go.. the rx7 pulls up and waits for the maxima. so we all go at it at the same time.. the maxima was pushing hardest at first.. me and the rx7 was pretty close . we got up to about 120 and then we saw traffic. once we hit traffic i was swtiching 2 lanes left and right for about 2 miles.. after that i didnt see either of them so i slowed down.. the rx7 comes behind me and high beams me after a lil bit. so i figure "LETS GO AGAIN!".. i hit the accelerator and for another 2 miles im just cutting lanes goin 85. i beat him again.. i got off my exit to mcdonnalds and met up with the 2 guys..
the rx7 said that his turbos wasnt boosting the right amount or somecrap.
the maxima was boosting 15lbs PSI on his supercharger.. but he didnt have the skill to hit the traffic so he backed off.. the rx7 tried but he couldnt get me i gues .. haha. anyways. i just said good race and went on home..

i was boosting 13lbs only.. but it was alota driving skill becuse it was through traffic..

i would race with no traffic.. but its nothing becuase my car is much faster than alota cars out there. i got alota suspension work dont to be able to handle that fast paced lane switching. i live in new york city.. i dont usually do any racing besides highway.. i race sometimes on rolls.. but never drag much. anyways i go highway beacuse i belive thats the only true racing for me. anything else is on the car . i like to race on skill. even thought many people say it dependson the other poepl eon the road. a driver should have the skill not to enter a lane with danger , but have his timing down. i neverhave been in an accident and my previous car was a SR20 240sx.. i use to drift that car all day so u can tell i dont like to drive straight.

Ya not trying to spolie anything but Rx7's arnt all that from a roll. I stayed within half a car lenth of one from a 70mph roll and when we both shut it down about 125ish i was walikin up to his front bumper but he still had me. I have a 91 Slicktop NA with exhaust. He also had at least exhaust on his.

i would race with no traffic.. but its nothing becuase my car is much faster than alota cars out there. i got alota suspension work dont to be able to handle that fast paced lane switching. i live in new york city.. i dont usually do any racing besides highway.. i race sometimes on rolls.. but never drag much. anyways i go highway beacuse i belive thats the only true racing for me. anything else is on the car . i like to race on skill. even thought many people say it dependson the other poepl eon the road. a driver should have the skill not to enter a lane with danger , but have his timing down. i neverhave been in an accident and my previous car was a SR20 240sx.. i use to drift that car all day so u can tell i dont like to drive straight.

Ya not trying to spolie anything but Rx7's arnt all that from a roll. I stayed within half a car lenth of one from a 70mph roll and when we both shut it down about 125ish i was walikin up to his front bumper but he still had me. I have a 91 Slicktop NA with exhaust. He also had at least exhaust on his.

a z should start to pull in the higher end as wieght becomes less of an issue and overall hp and torque come more into play (ie at high speeds)

rx7 tt wont beat a 300zx tt, first off they both score the same time for quarter miles, so its mainly the driver and how well he knows his engine/car.........secondly rx7 tt's are not reliable engines, you have to maintain that engine like crazy for it to always perform well. So unless that guy babies his rx7, its most likely not performing as properly as one would like. So id definitly believe he beat one.

actually .. if you baby an RX7 enigne.. the one time you run it.. the engine blows. i knwo this for a fact because thats the main reason why people have to get new rx7 engines. when babying the car. the seals on the rotor does not get used as much. and when you finally run your car. the seals break. it has happend to my old rx7 and happend to my friends.

my TT 300z rips supercharged maxima, and rx7 stock.
i was cruising in fluishing in NY, just chillin i just got my 300zx a few days ago.. anyways. we all meet up in a parking lot and this guy had his hood up showing everyone his supercharger on his 99 maxima. His friend comes up to me wit his 93 rx7 and starts talking crap about my car that its slow. his rx7 had only a catback exhaust and a intake. my car has greddy boost controller, greddy exhaust, intake, and blitz BOV's. besides that its stock. so when i decide to leave.. they followed me:
i hit the highway and there was all open road. so i waited for the rx7 to come up next to me so we can go.. the rx7 pulls up and waits for the maxima. so we all go at it at the same time.. the maxima was pushing hardest at first.. me and the rx7 was pretty close . we got up to about 120 and then we saw traffic. once we hit traffic i was swtiching 2 lanes left and right for about 2 miles.. after that i didnt see either of them so i slowed down.. the rx7 comes behind me and high beams me after a lil bit. so i figure "LETS GO AGAIN!".. i hit the accelerator and for another 2 miles im just cutting lanes goin 85. i beat him again.. i got off my exit to mcdonnalds and met up with the 2 guys..
the rx7 said that his turbos wasnt boosting the right amount or somecrap.
the maxima was boosting 15lbs PSI on his supercharger.. but he didnt have the skill to hit the traffic so he backed off.. the rx7 tried but he couldnt get me i gues .. haha. anyways. i just said good race and went on home..

rx7 tt wont beat a 300zx tt, first off they both score the same time for quarter miles, so its mainly the driver and how well he knows his engine/car.........secondly rx7 tt's are not reliable engines, you have to maintain that engine like crazy for it to always perform well. So unless that guy babies his rx7, its most likely not performing as properly as one would like. So id definitly believe he beat one.

actually .. if you baby an RX7 enigne.. the one time you run it.. the engine blows. i knwo this for a fact because thats the main reason why people have to get new rx7 engines. when babying the car. the seals on the rotor does not get used as much. and when you finally run your car. the seals break. it has happend to my old rx7 and happend to my friends.

my TT 300z rips supercharged maxima, and rx7 stock.
i was cruising in fluishing in NY, just chillin i just got my 300zx a few days ago.. anyways. we all meet up in a parking lot and this guy had his hood up showing everyone his supercharger on his 99 maxima. His friend comes up to me wit his 93 rx7 and starts talking crap about my car that its slow. his rx7 had only a catback exhaust and a intake. my car has greddy boost controller, greddy exhaust, intake, and blitz BOV's. besides that its stock. so when i decide to leave.. they followed me:
i hit the highway and there was all open road. so i waited for the rx7 to come up next to me so we can go.. the rx7 pulls up and waits for the maxima. so we all go at it at the same time.. the maxima was pushing hardest at first.. me and the rx7 was pretty close . we got up to about 120 and then we saw traffic. once we hit traffic i was swtiching 2 lanes left and right for about 2 miles.. after that i didnt see either of them so i slowed down.. the rx7 comes behind me and high beams me after a lil bit. so i figure "LETS GO AGAIN!".. i hit the accelerator and for another 2 miles im just cutting lanes goin 85. i beat him again.. i got off my exit to mcdonnalds and met up with the 2 guys..
the rx7 said that his turbos wasnt boosting the right amount or somecrap.
the maxima was boosting 15lbs PSI on his supercharger.. but he didnt have the skill to hit the traffic so he backed off.. the rx7 tried but he couldnt get me i gues .. haha. anyways. i just said good race and went on home..

i was boosting 13lbs only.. but it was alota driving skill becuse it was through traffic..

i would race with no traffic.. but its nothing becuase my car is much faster than alota cars out there. i got alota suspension work dont to be able to handle that fast paced lane switching. i live in new york city.. i dont usually do any racing besides highway.. i race sometimes on rolls.. but never drag much. anyways i go highway beacuse i belive thats the only true racing for me. anything else is on the car . i like to race on skill. even thought many people say it dependson the other poepl eon the road. a driver should have the skill not to enter a lane with danger , but have his timing down. i neverhave been in an accident and my previous car was a SR20 240sx.. i use to drift that car all day so u can tell i dont like to drive straight.

Ya not trying to spolie anything but Rx7's arnt all that from a roll. I stayed within half a car lenth of one from a 70mph roll and when we both shut it down about 125ish i was walikin up to his front bumper but he still had me. I have a 91 Slicktop NA with exhaust. He also had at least exhaust on his.

a z should start to pull in the higher end as wieght becomes less of an issue and overall hp and torque come more into play (ie at high speeds)

i read it...that guy is retarded! **** 120mph + in traffic in new york... he may have beat the rx7 but i doubt it was because of his skill as a driver as he likes to claim but rather his stupidity for driving that fast in traffic on public roads... guys like him give all car junkies a bad rap

I like how he thinks that "skill" is swerving through traffic like an idiot. He prefers this so called skill driving so he drives on the highway? Does that not make sense to anyone else?
