Firefox is a little different then IE, but 10 millions times better. Here's your screen shot, and note the options when you right click. Things are a little different, but you'll get used to it.
It has a Google bar, a download manager, and that cool bar up top where you can put links to sites you frequently use. All you do is hit that button once, and you're there.
