Alodine works great. Once you get past the "you are probably going to die of cancer if you look at this can wrong" aspect of it...

I think we took shots of the stuff on fridays when we were putting the trans-am car together, death by alodine might not be that bad

thanks.. just laid down three quick coats.. front..upward and downward angle..
