The commercial shows this thing that grabs the wire and strips it with one squeeze of the grips. It supposedly can do all different guages, even two of different sizes at the same time. Has anyone seen this infomercial/commercial? It looks cool, but I wonder how effective it really is.

yeah you can buy it at homedepot in the electrical section. i've had one for like 5 years now. there are two models... one is for thicker gauge wire and the other has a bunch of smaller gauge holes. put the wire in and squeze.. watch the wire get naked and then go on to the next one. i made about 8 miles of wire for computer and phone networks with those things during one of my summer jobs in college.

cool, I'm gonna have to get one of those. I hate trying to fit my crimper/strippers in tight spaces and trying to find the right hole.

I allways find the right hole, you need to go to a doctor, not home depot!!

A really old guy I used to work with had a device which did exactly the same thing. It worked perfectly. I think it was made in the early 1960's. Gotta love these newfangled gizmos.

i bought one cheap at someplace like autozone it works great.

i'm not sure if it would be useful in very tight areas, the tool is kindof bulky.

I'm confused. Not only does j9fd3s claim to own lesbians, but he also asserts that they can be put to use doing electrical work.
