My father in-law who is a rather talented tech asked me last night if my vehicle had coolant injection, I think that's what he said any way. All I could say was "wtf is that". He was kind enough to explain it to me which ment I still had no clue, could some one shed some light on this for me?

Isn't that what the accelerated warm-up system does? That useless thing that everyone removes. There's a small coolant reservoir by the firewall on the passenger side.

 

I will have to look for that because I really never noticed it or looked for it.

 

on the non california cars they have a 'sub zero start' system, which if it worked, injects a small amount of antifreeze into the engine

So I am to look for a small res next to the fender, will do. But I don't think that I have a ca car, in came from the central states
