in relation to the question "ever involved in a conspiracy" i'm currently charged as commiting two conspiracies (i have trial this month) but not a real type of conspriracy.

In reality conspiracy is simply something made by the government that allows them to tack on extra offenses when you get arrested for commiting a crime. In reality there's no way that you should get punished for half the things our government calls conspiracy.

Without divulging my problems that i've been involved in completely two of my charges are (these are the conspiracy ones) "conspiracy to commit robbery" and "conspiracy to commit aggravated assault"

basically what the government is saying is :"He knew those things were going to happen and did nothing to stop it"

which is a bunch of **** because say someone tells me something when i am 1 years old and then 17 years later does what they told me they would do, then technically it's a conspiracy.

It's ******* bullshit, someone tells me they will do something, i didn't believe them, and next thing i know i get arrested for it, what is this bullshit government coming too. We got terrorists roaming around blowing **** up while we're trying to arrest people for "knowing" stuff. ******* bullshit (*^&@$#(*&$@ $@*)(&$(*& @$#*)& @

sorry i just hate our judicial system, ******* crap.

Well the terrorist situation may in fact have contributed to your current dilema, they are passing search and seizure laws, privacy laws and what not all over the place in the name of terrorism, it's bullshit, we gave up a lot of civil liberties in the name of terrorism and 75% of the new laws past weren't even passed with that intention.

The question is are we any safer now then we were a year and a half ago? Have we just created another beast?

We could buy a ranch in Montana and start a militia.
