I used to have an albino rat snake long ago but i didnt realize you couldnt feed them just tree frogs and it died.. or atleast thats what my bro said. Just so happens on the same day it died he "borrowed" it and went to friends place and put it in cage with a boa. What really happened i may never know....

It is one of my goals in life to become more familiar with snakes, I would like to easily identify them and appreciate the ones that dont bite with venom lol

I had snakes. Garter and kings. Even knowing its harmless you still jump and they dont let go...I guess since they dont have venom to let you walk off and die! Bitches draw blood though.

i've had 4... the one in the pic was my first - and she's the only one i still have. I've never been bitten - only one of mine has ever ever struck at me and he was an 8-foot red-tailed boa with a bad attitude. mostly caused by a stomach virus. Ever tried giving a cat a pill? An 8 foot pissed off snake is an order of magnitude more difficult.

haha i tried giveing my cat a pill the other day, she started foaming at the mouth and makein all these demonic sounds, it was funny.. my science teacher had a red tail boa also and she only tried to strike one person, but he was a dumb *** and would handle the mice all the time so it was ok
