Sounds like you got this resolved, but I feel like sharing my knowledge anyway.

Here's what you'll need:

-Wireless Bridge (802.11x).

-PS2 Network Adapter (Thin PS2's have them preinstalled).

-A spare wall outlet (behind the TV).

-High gain antenna (depending on reception strength at the TV) for the router.

The process with my D-Link Wireless Bridge (802.11g) is fairly universal and went as follows:

1) Login to your wireless router.

2) Grab a piece of paper. Write down the router's IP address, the primary and secondary DNS servers and the subnet mask. Also you'll need the Wireless network name and any WEP keys, don't forget to mark which is the primary key!

3) Unplug from the router and plug Bridge via cable into your computer

4) Set host computer's IP to STATIC within the range of the bridge's domain subnet

5) Login to Bridge via IP address

6) Setup Bridge to be a STATIC IP within your Wireless domain's subnet, save changes and restart the device. (Do NOT use Dynamic IP for the Bridge. If you do, the bridge will seek an IP from the DHCP. This IP will CHANGE and make it very difficult to log back in to the bridge once it has.)

7) Insert numbers for DNS, Access point (router's IP) and subnet mask. Change

8) Reset host computer's static IP to within the range of the bridge's new subnet

9) Login to device, check for accessbility

10) At this point, if you insert the DNS, Domain and subnet mask into your host computer, you should be able to access the internet through the wireless bridge.

11) Log out of bridge, disconnect. Reinstall connections (computer to router and bridge to PS2).

12) If you'd like, you can reset your computer to Dynamic IP, I converted my entire network to static IP.

13) Go to your PS2 Network Config area (via any one of the paths)

14) Setup your PS2 for Static IP (Within the range of the network's subnet) Insert primary and secondary DNS, Domain and subnet mask.

Exit network setup and play! works flawlessly every time.

A common question, I am under the impression that it is FREE for all games except Final Fantasy.. I know ATVFury is free from EA Sports, As is NFSU and NFSU2.

So far, I've played Mortal Kombat Deception, and Hot Shots Golf 4 online.

I'd like to play some good racing games, but I don't know of any good ones with online play as of yet.
