turbovr6 - the speed a truck can shift in 4wd hi is determined by the abilities and strength of the driveline, my jeep could (and was even in the owners manual) as being able to be shifted into 4wd at speeds of up to 55mph.

considering TurboVR6 has pretty much the same truck, I think thats

what he based his advice on the speed at which to shift

in/out of 4WD.

So in other words Teknics, your

you might as well tell the guy what speed you can shift a duece and a half

in and out of 6 wheel drive as it would help him out just as much
good lookin' out rob, and yes I was basing my info and advise on a s-10 blazer specs, not every truck ever made

It's still been too nasty and cold for me to want to spend too much time outside and since i know no one with a garage I am SOL for a few more days, plus the g-friend is sick and we're afraid my little one may be getting sick, so I DEFINITELY do not need to be sick, but so far so good...haven't tried anything with the truck yet, been pretty clear most of the ice is gone, BUT it's raining/snowing as we speak, and I'm taking the Taurus tomorrow, so I may check it out tomorrow regardless of the weather, thanks for all the good info Brake/TurboVR6/Isamu, and Tekniks, you're a very strange person, i like that :P
